We had a great time, bbq'd some beef and sausages, it was great catching up with friends!

Rio

Went to Rio for my nephew's (Bernardo) Bar Mitzvah. While there, my sister-in-law took me to her workplace, a hospital that serves Morro do Alemão, a very big favela. Check out the video!

Miami

The house looks great now that we changed a couple of things. And we spent Christmas there, away from Tatiana and Nicholas. Miss them lots.

I've decided that hey, I might as well put some useful links in my pages. I found these sites and thought that they are very good ideas, so I'm spreading the word.
The latest is KIVA.ORG, where a loan of $25 can make a difference. You can find out more about Kiva at this link as well. We have helped lots of people, and keep the money rolling over.
To combat world hunger, one household at a time, I like the Heifer Fund. It's one of my favorite Christmas presents! Thank you Bob and Dolly for my graduation present!
