Chicago

It was a great opportunity to meet with Ta. She looked beautiful, as usual.

Chicago is the Windy City. Even the cops told us not to walk on the street and take a cab instead of walking about 2 miles. The wind was cutting like a knife, so we followed his advice. But the sun was out, so we walked around later - we had to digest those "cheseeborger, cheeseborger" from the Goat Tavern.

The party for Paul Wood was amazing. His Warbird Foundation acquires and then restores old war airplanes. He flies them once in a while, and has a crew that helps him. What a life!

And we were serenated by James Taylor! What a party ... Corky, his wife, knows how to put things together, that's for sure. We were honored to be a part of the celebration.
