Busy Year

I now have two movies on YouTube, plus a pitch that I'm delivering on the 10th. If approved, I'll be shooting the documentary next semester.

About the picture ...

Nick came to visit the other day and since I haven't been able to take good pictures of him for a while I insisted. Later he brought me dinner. I love that kid!

Croatia
Steve was curious about Croatia, and he loved it -- especially the wine. He did some scouting for us to go together next time...

Miami
Alda's 50th birthday celebration. Fun with the Studio H crowd! A night of champagne, limousine, Hard Rock Casino and the real celebration on Sunday at lunch. Happy Birthday, Aldinha!

Feijoada
I decided to introduce Brazilian food to the Decathlon kids. The party grew and we also invited some new Italian friends over. All in all, a great day. It was great seeing Mr. Grebel and his family -- Tatiana's Decathlon coach -- and some MAD people I hadn't seen in a while. Cristina and Carmen helped with the logistics ... They did everything! Steve and Nick even played guitar together, images that make a mother cry ...

Firenze
This was probably the best time I've ever had in Italy. Nick also went to Italy in the summer, but we have no pictures.

Adriana's pet causes

I've decided that hey, I might as well put some useful links in my pages. I found these sites and thought that they are very good ideas, so I'm spreading the word.
The latest is KIVA.ORG, where a loan of $25 can make a difference. You can find out more about Kiva at this link as well. UPDATE - My first loans were paid pack! So we promptly loaned the money to other people.
To combat world hunger, one household at a time, I like the Heifer Fund. It's one of my favorite Christmas presents!
